Stand on the sand in less than 2 minutes and walk to PICKLEBALL in 5 minutes! • Private pool and gas grill- pool is FENCED and heatable! • Master suite with walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet. • Open concept living area plus large dining area and kitchen with bar and lovely gas fireplace. • Password protected WiFi and 4 LED televisions. • Open, airy kitchen with stainless appliances! • Laundry is a breeze with full size washer and dryer. • Quick bike ride to South Beach Marina Village in less than 2 minutes. Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens. • Always provided in every Property Manager in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance 350 laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises. • Always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, 24/7 guest service. • Allow us to amaze you, again and again. Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive-- less than 2 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. PETS: We welcome your dog for an additional fee of $350. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. Please inquire if you have questions. POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane. The charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
