This unique treetop cottage has spectacular views of The Calibogue Cay and is just a short walk to Harbourtown’s shops and restaurants. Ten steps take you up to the first level deck where you will find an outdoor eating area with a gas grill. Ten more steps bring you to the second level deck with a café style table for two and the entrance of this modernly decorated property. This 2-bedroom, 2 bath villa will delight your senses with 360-degree views of the water and beautiful foliage indigenous to Hilton Head Island and South Carolina. Enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail from the deck, living room or kitchen while watching boats, kayakers and paddle boarders sail by on The Cay. The living area has leather sofas with a large TV and an eat-in kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops and fully stocked cabinets for four. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest room has two twin beds, TV, and uses the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has black-out shades so, sleep will come easy in these cozy rooms. The living area has privacy shades that will not obstruct the view from the inside but will keep things private when desired.
**Please be advised there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis. | A Free beach shuttle service is offered for beach access – refer to your property information for parking lot locations.
