Rinse off on your way back at the new shower station located in the center of the complex near the bike storage racks.
Whether you are staying a few days or a few weeks, this property has been designed with comfortable living in mind. With all new flooring, furniture, wall treatments and lighting, you will notice designer finishes in every room creating a luxurious and relaxing space. The open concept and vaulted ceilings give the great room a spacious feel when hanging with the family, enjoying a movie or game night. The fully-equipped kitchen has ample storage, granite counters and is well stocked for preparing meals at home. The dining room seats four comfortably, with extra room at the breakfast bar. The primary suite is a calm retreat with king platform bed, spacious closets and an adjustable desk for the remote worker. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the guest closet and the bath just across the hall. The entry hall has a built-in mud room locker for all your beach gear.
This villa is conveniently located by the lively South Beach Marina where you will find the community pool and playground, local celebrity Macaws Green Bean and Cherokee, and seasonal kids’ activities free and fun for all ages! There is a Racquet Club, along with bike rentals, water sports and fishing, a general store and, of course, the Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines offers miles of private leisure trails, a nature preserve, Lawton Stables and is home to Harbour Town.
1816 Bluff Villa is located in Building 8, 3rd Floor, Stairwell B. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
