Vivenda De Anjuna, a 130 year old heritage marvel, is located in the heart of Anjuna within 500 meters of the beach coastline. Wake up to tropical sunsets, open skies and green fields which take your breath away! The villa is a plush 3 room in the heart of Goa. Pop into the upper deck and hear the waves by the coastline. The living area is equipped with heritage wonders like a 100 year old trunk, a classic record player, a retro wire telephone and so much more!
The space
A 130 years old restored luxury Portuguese Villa with a private pool and a mesmerising sunset and field view. An open concept living area including a kitchen which leads out to the swimming pool. Let us give you a tour of the villa below :
The villa is located in a secluded corner of Anjuna. You are 2 minutes away from Artjuna and literally 500 mts away from the beach. You enter the villa to a spacious living area which is equipped with heritage wonders such a 100 year old trunk, a retro wire telephone, a functional record player and the like. High ceilings which give a ventilated feel. The living room is equipped with an air conditioner and WiFi enable TV along with an open kitchen and dining table for 4 guests.
The master bed room is located on the right side of the ground floor. It is equipped with a nice comfortable bed. A double bed with headboard with bedside tables, lamps/lights, a wardrobe, a seating area and a bathtub in the washroom. Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, bath towels, hand towels and washroom tissue roll are provided as well.
The second room is located to the left of the entrance on the ground floor and has a nice bed, lights, lamps, side tables and an ensuite washroom. The third room is located in the ground floor and has direct access to the patio with your private pool.
Pop out into the upper deck, have a drink and soak in the beautiful view of the sunset and the green fields that Goa has to offer along with serene sounds of waves crashing just a mile away. The upper deck is on the first floor and has 2 extra mattresses for the 7th and the 8th guests which we allow. You can lounge here in the open and gaze into the skyline. This is the highlight of this heritage wonder.
We have daily housekeeping at the villa. Sufficient toiletries are provided, fresh linens are provided once every 3 days. Additional linen change - we will do our best to accommodate your request; subject to availability and additional charges.

Other things to note
Please treat our home with the same love and respect you would treat your own. Please be mindful when using water and electricity. Climate change is real. Kindly observe all the rules of the complex and keep noise levels under control as a courtesy to our neighbours. Smoking is only allowed in open spaces and NOT inside the villa. There are enough open spaces in and around the villas, please make sure that you dont smoke inside the villa. A refundable security deposit of Rs 20,000 will be taken at the time of check-in Please provide Photo IDs of all guests at the time of check-in Strictly No loud music/noise after 10PM. This is to ensure the sanctity of other guests in the villas around. We reserve the right to stop any parties/events/get togethers that is not deemed fit for our villas at any time. No visitors allowed at the property apart from the ones registered with the management. For any exceptions, please let us know prior to your reservation. Strictly no use of illegal substances or activities. We only host groups that comply with these rules.
