Moving to the lower level, you’ll find two more cozy bedrooms, one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twins, as well as a bonus space that features a pull-out sleeper sofa. The game room is also located downstairs and comes equipped with a ping pong table, which is sure to entertain any competitive guests in the group!

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.
