South Beach Marina is only steps away from your villa for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. * The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1714 Bluff Villa is located in Building 2, 3rd Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.
