This villa is crafted in the traditional Kerala Nalukettu style, featuring sloping roofs, intricately designed pillars, and an open-air courtyard that invites abundant natural light into every corner. The villa spans across two levels, connected through a grand staircase with delicately sculpted balustrades. The three rooms on the first floor offer a private balcony, where you can wake up to breathtaking sunrises and misty views. For a touch of wellness, the villa’s Ayurvedic spa offers rejuvenating massages that are set in a peaceful ambience. Being with the environment is a priority at this eco-conscious property, thus it is powered through solar power and uses rain-water harvesting. After a breakfast featuring local delicacies, embark on a guided trek or nature walk through the estate’s lush landscapes. Post this, indulge in a spa session that will melt away all your stress. In the afternoon, you can peacefully sway in a hammock and read a book picked from the library. As the evening approaches, enjoy a fun evening with board games such as chess, darts, carrom or a good game of badminton. For a perfect ending to your day, gather around a cosy bonfire, where you can savour a barbecue feast accompanied by your loved ones. DINING AREA The dining area is part of the living area and can accommodate 8 people. The dining area is equipped with Flat Screen TV & Wi Fi. Can access the powder room. VERANDAH & COURTYARD This airy verandah invites gentle breezes and breathtaking scenery, featuring seating space for 12 people. The beautiful courtyard bathes the villa in sunlight, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to reheat their own meals. It is equipped with all reheating essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN Swing gently on the hammock in the lawn, where you can soak in the surrounding nature . The sprawling lawn can easily hold a gathering if you wish. TERRACE There is a terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the coffee estate or gaze at Wayanad’s starry skies at night. LIBRARY Located on the first floor, read timeless classics and novels in the library area. There is comfortable seating for 10 people. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available from 9 am to 10 pm. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
