BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA This is a cosy living room in shades of olive. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, sound system, and CCTV for security purposes. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. POOL There is a shared pool on the premises of this gated society. The pool is 60x20 ft. in size with a depth of 5 ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
