BATHROOMS -There are 3 attached bathrooms. -All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA -This is a cosy living room in earthy shades. -Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, sound system, and CCTV for security purposes. -Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN -Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. -It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. -Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. POOL -There is a shared pool on the premises of this gated society. -The pool is 60x20 ft. in size with a depth of 5 ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
