For the avid golfer, the Villa is located a par five away from the world-renowned Links golf course clubhouse and course driving range. Within Wild Dunes, take advantage of the palm-tree lined streets for biking, walking, hiking or tennis. For those venturing out, downtown Charleston and the foodie scene is less than 30 minutes away! The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area July to mid-August. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.
