This newly remodeled 1-bedroom condo with expansive unparalleled ocean views is perfect for a rejuvenating beach vacation in the gated community of Wild Dunes. It features hardwood floors, newly-renovated kitchen and bathrooms, large community resort-style pool, and gorgeous oceanfront views from nearly every room!
The open concept living room offers a smart TV (with Netflix access), queen sleeper sofa, and breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen is highlighted by custom cabinets, new stainless-steel appliances and Quartz countertops and is fully stocked with a Keurig and all the requirements of a chef’s kitchen. Coming off of the kitchen is a cozy dining nook with seating for 4 and floor to ceiling windows and an abundance of natural light. A sliding glass door leads from the living room to a private screened porch, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment while taking in the magnificent ocean view and sea breeze!
A daybed decorates the foyer area, which has pocket doors, turning this space into a private room. The daybed also as an additional Trundle bed for additional sleeping for 1. The bathroom has a double glass shower, glass subway tiles and pebbled stone tiled base. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
The bedroom is furnished with a lush king bed, several large dressers, and 43’’ smart 4K UHD TV with DVD player. Wake up to the sights of the ocean as the bed has a direct view of the beach. A sliding glass door also opens from the bedroom to the screened porch with additional views of the courtyard and resort pool. Natural light floods the villa through three-inch-wide Plantation shutters throughout the bedroom and living room.
For the avid golfer, the Villa is located a par five away from the world-renowned Links golf course clubhouse and course driving range. Within Wild Dunes, take advantage of the palm-tree lined streets for biking, walking, hiking or tennis. For those venturing out, downtown Charleston and the foodie scene is less than 30 minutes away!
Enjoy the complimentary beach chairs as the beach is merely steps away. Linens are included in rental. Elevator access to the unit is right outside the front door.
**The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island’s shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area July to mid-August. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**

Our properties DO NOT have access to the Wild Dunes Resort Pools or Fitness Center, the only pool access is the Port O’ Call Community Pool.
Golf carts are not allowed in Port O’ Call.
Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.
