This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home has everything you would expect of a vacation home. As you enter the front door, you are greeted by the gorgeous view of the raised infinity pool, covered deck and lagoon in the back yard! To the right is the formal living room with plenty of room for many guests to sit and all hang out together. Beyond the living room there are also two bedrooms. First is the master bedroom which features a king bed, 40" SMART TV, desk and views of the pool and lagoon. The newly renovated master bathroom has separate his/hers vanities, large soaking tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet large enough for crib or pack n play. The second room features a king bed with 32" TV and private bathroom with shower. To the left of the entrance is the amazing kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space making family meals a breeze! The formal dining room has a round glass-top table with seating for 10. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and large windows that allow a lot of natural sunlight to stream through and also overlooks the pool and lagoon. The living room has a 65" SMART TV, large sectional sofa and three arm chairs making it the perfect spot for movie nights with the whole family! Up a few steps behind the living room are two more guest rooms. One room features a king bed, twin day bed with trundle and 40" Roku TV. This room also has it’s own private bathroom with walk-in shower making it the perfect second master suite! The next room offers another king bed, 32" TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second floor you have a another living area with a 55" Roku TV that overlooks the main floor living area, as well as the pool deck and lagoon. This living room also features a queen sized murphy bed. To the right you have the remaining 2 bedrooms and baths as well. The first room has two double beds, 32" Roku TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The last guest room has two sets of twin bunk beds, 32" TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower making it the perfect kid room! A fantastic layout that allows everyone to have their own space, yet, plenty of room for the whole family to come together — what we call a generational home! In the back yard there is a tropical lagoon and spacious infinity pool, as well as a spa and covered pool deck with an outside shower. Relax in one of the many lounge chairs, listen to water cascade over the pool and spa, read a book, enjoy a cool beverage or just reflect on your wonderful vacation. You also have the privacy of being nestled in all of the luscious tropical foliage, yet, the ocean is just a short walk over the lagoon bridge and you are feeling the sand between your toes as you hit the beach! This home is an amazing place for a getaway with your friends and family and we can’t wait to welcome you to your island home away from home! *4 Night Minimum Stay Required.
