BATHROOMS There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a living room adorned with furnishings inspired by the Georgian era. It is equipped with AC, TV, Wi-Fi, sofa and sofa chairs along with a patio outside. A dining area is present on the ground floor, which is part of the living room. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make their own meals. - It is equipped with all the basic amenities, crockery and cutlery. - Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GYM, PLAY AREA AND GAMES ROOM There is a gym present with all the essential equipment. A kids’ play area is situated next to the gym for tiny tots. There is a games area, equipped with installations like a pool table. LAWN AND POOLS There are 2 pools on the property that can be accessed from 8 AM - 10 PM. There is an outdoor pool, 15x6 ft. in size and 5 ft. in-depth and a pool on the terrace 15 x 6 ft. in size and 5 ft. in-depth. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pools. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pools and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pools. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit of Rs 20000 will be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
