The open plan living area includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and living room with a queen sleeper sofa. A coffee station including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker affords flexibility for your morning beverages. Across the entry hall, the primary bedroom with private bath features a king-size bed and sliding doors to the screened porch. A second bedroom has twin beds with full bath.Tidewater H-103 is located across from the 13th hole of the Wild Dunes Links course and the Clubhouse is a short walk away. Enjoy casual dining at one of the restaurants within Wild Dunes, or in the Isle of Palms. Spa services are available. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.- The Tidewater pool is open May - September but not heated.- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.- Guests have access to the Tidewater pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.*Parking Details:*- There are two parking spots available on a first come, first served basis.- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
