The home is located on a secluded cul-de-sac within the beautiful Wild Dunes and offers complimentary access to the two oceanfront swimming pools located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. A beach café, bar, ice cream shop and surf shop are all adjacent to the swimming pools on the Boardwalk. Three restaurants, the Harbor Golf Course, and the Sand and Sea Spa are all located within a short walk of Grand Pavilion 75. With this location, your beach vacation has never been easier! You’ll love the large covered front porch lined with rockers and a porch swing and the large screened in back porch overlooking the Seaside Green Park. Nestled under ancient oaks and palm trees, the back-screen porch is perfect for relaxing on the hammock or enjoying a meal in the fresh air. The open floor plan and one-story layout is perfect for family time after a day at the beach! Floor plan features: • Two King bedrooms with a private bath. • Twin bed, full and twin bunk bed. • Well equipped kitchen with seating for six at the dining room table plus two additional seats at the kitchen bar. • Great room featuring plenty of seating with updated couches and chairs. Additional Amenities Include: • Grand Pavilion pools and Boardwalk access. • High speed internet with Wi-Fi. • Full size washer and dryer. • Parking for two cars. • Family features include games, toys, puzzles, and books. • Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina’s Lowcountry. *Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Golf carts are not allowed at this property. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - There are 2 parking spaces available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
