THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This bedroom on the ground floor is crafted with wooden flooring and comes with a view of the garden and hills. It is furnished with a standing fan, TV, wardrobes and a heater for the guests’ comfort. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom on the ground floor is crafted with tile flooring and comes with a view of the garden and hills. It is furnished with a standing fan, wardrobes and a heater for the guests’ comfort. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom on the first floor is crafted with tile flooring and comes with a view of the garden and hills. BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms with solar panels, towels and basic toiletries. Bathtubs are offered in 2 bathrooms. LIVING ROOMS There are 2 living rooms on the ground floor, each furnished with seating arrangements for 10 and 4 respectively. The master living room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace and the secondary living room comes with the dining area. DINING AREA The dining area on the ground floor is part of the secondary living room It can accommodate 6 people in one sitting. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LOUNGE AREA The lounge on the first floor comes with a balcony and a sofa-cum-bed to maximise space. It can accommodate 6-7 people and is the ideal area to enjoy high tea and play board games. LAWN The enormous naturally grown lawn spreads across 2000 sq ft It is perfect for pets to run around or engage in a friendly match ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Breakfast is complimentary - The guests’ chef/cook can access the kitchen at an additional cost. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per session. - Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per person, per night, excluding meal charges. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - This is a pet-friendly and wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 4KVA inverter can support fans nand lights for a couple of hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a stand-alone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
