Please be mindful when using water and electricity. Climate change is real. Kindly observe all the rules of the complex and keep noise levels under control as a courtesy to our neighbours. Smoking is only allowed in open spaces and NOT inside the villa Linens are changed once every 3 days. A refundable security deposit of Rs 20,000 will be taken at the time of check-in Please provide Photo IDs of all guests at the time of check-in There are enough open spaces in and around the villas, please make sure that you don’t smoke inside the villa. Strictly No loud music/noise after 10PM. This is to ensure the sanctity of other guests in the villas around. We reserve the right to stop any parties/events/get togethers that is not deemed fit for our villas at any time. No visitors allowed at the property apart from the ones registered with the management. For any exceptions, please let us know prior to your reservation.
