Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms. - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in the rooms - Wardrobes are available in the rooms. Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers seating options. - There is a sofa in the living room. - The living area is completely air-conditioned. The living room has an attached dining table Bathrooms: - The villa has 6 bathrooms. - The bathrooms have a hot water supply. - Toiletries are provided including towels. Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room. - There is a dining area in the kitchen Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms and the private swimming pool. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. The village of Parra is home to the infamous Parra Coconut Tree Road - a picturesque lane made famous by the numerous Bollywood movies filmed at it. With proximity to popular restaurants and easy access to the city, the location is ideal for those inclined to explore the vicinity during their stay. - We can help you get rented vehicles (two-wheelers and cars). - The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help book that for you at a reasonable price). - The airport is approximately 40 km away. The nearest railway station is Thivim (~ 30 km). - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a community, we don’t allow loud music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.
