It’s a rennovated Portuguese house having 2 floors.
the forst floor has living and dining rooms, kitchen and 2 small bedrooms( one ensuite and one without a bathroom)
First floor has 2 very large bedrooms with attached bathrooms and large balcony.
the villa has Generator power back up, pool, Garden and caretaker.
There is no direct road access to the villa so one will have to walk around to enter therefore need to book mindfully for rainy season. Rate is adjusted for the same
We are one of very few villas with private pool in Anjuna on the beach. This property has no sea view but located on second line to the water , ie 100 m from the sea.
Guest will have full and private access to the villa.

Its a quiet neighborhood close to the vibrant Anjuna beach just behind world famous Shore bar. Shops, restaurants, and Anjuna flea market in walking distance to the villa. Party places like Liliput is also within one km. Its a good place to unwind and relax
villa is few hundreds meters to bus stop.
Parking of a car is on a plot nearby. Its non secured and open air parking.
The property is located on anjuna beach around one km away from Wedensday flea Market. Shore bar and Lilliput are few hundred meters away.
There is four bedrooms in the property.
2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each having ensuing bathroom with shower, double bed, wardrobe and decorative furniture..
2 bedrooms on the ground floor are smaller in size and only one is having an attached washroom with shower. second bedroom on the ground floor has non attached WC ( shower needs to be shared with another bedroom)
The ground floor has also dining area, kitchen, living area and staff quarter.
There is private pool, garden, Cubana and DG in the compound.
The property has no direct road access so a car can be parked outside the compound on a paid parking. One car parking is included in the stay and paid on behalf of the guests. More vehicles can be parked at direct arrangements with the parking.
