The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, spacious rooms swathed in muted cool hues - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms offer a large queen-sized bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and attached balconies overlooking the rice fields.
- One of the rooms on the first floor also features an open wardrobe.
- 1 bedroom has an attached bathroom, while others offer a shared bathroom.
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
BATHROOMS
- There is 1 attached bathroom and 2 common bathrooms.
- All bathrooms have solar geysers, boilers, towels, and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor.
- It offers sofa-style seating and is equipped with an AC, wired music system, Wi-Fi, and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes.
- The living room can accommodate up to 7 people.
- The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. It is equipped with seating arrangements for up to 6 people.
- As sumptuous as the interiors, the lush green exteriors of the property are equally a treat to indulge in.
- The villa has a private swimming pool, 19.5x8 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth where guests can lounge and unwind in the company of their loved ones.
- Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 8 PM.
KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes and to make simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a water purifier, and, a toaster.
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
FOOD
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming pool and savour the splendid views of the paddy fields. There are a variety of card and board games to play that are sure to guarantee endless fun! Carry a good read to enjoy it peacefully. Soothe your eyes with the beautiful views on the first day. Put on some music and dance away to your favourite tunes. Relish a lavish barbecue spread.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- The barbecue kit can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 and is subject to availability.
- Guests can access the home theatre, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and torch for no additional charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male and all-female groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 25KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 10 hours.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The stay is part of a gated society.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of society.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the gated society.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects during monsoons, owing to the location of the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
