The two-storied home features uninterrupted views of a private pool, pool and endless fields of coconut trees. Unlike most Goa rentals, you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and a lovely lounge to relax in. It’s got several spaces you can sit out at, and take in the lush surroundings. We promise the views are to die for, too. Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - The 3 main bedrooms have a king-sized bed in each - The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds (twin beds) - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms Living Room: - The huge living area is welcoming and has offers many comfortable seating options - There is a lounge area and powder room with garden access - The dining table is suitable for 8 guests - Living area is completely air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 attached washrooms (one in each room) - There is a powder room in the living room - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for the hot water supply - Toiletries are provided including towels Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. - The kitchen is attached to the living room Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. I won’t be personally present at the property, but will be a call away for any kind of help. Our trained caretaker is available at the property to help you with any concerns and to make your stay comfortable. We have also have a stay manager available on call. Maintaining the essence of a classic Goan village, the villa touches the Nerul river and is surrounded by lush green trees, churches , famous eateries, restaurants, night clubs like LPK and is close to Candolim beach (5 minutes drive) and Coco Beach. We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms). - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won’t work on backup power supply. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout.(Deposit will be higher for longer stays) - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
