Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - The 4 rooms have a queen-sized bed in each - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms - All 4 bedrooms have a safety locker Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers comfortable seating options - The dining table is suitable for 8 guests - Living area is completely air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 attached washrooms (one in each room) - There is a powder room in the living room - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for the hot water supply - Toiletries are provided including towels Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - The kitchen is attached to the living room Exteriors: - The pool is located outside the villa in the garden - Parking is available at a dedicated parking area within the complex Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. The famous hub of Vagator is known for its popular eateries, artisan bars and exquisite nightlife. The stretch at Vagator beach has some of the best spots for sunsets, world cuisine, music and performances. The Night Market at Vagator gathers visitors from around the world with unique arts, crafts, decor and lifestyle items available from local and foreign vendors. We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms). - We will only be offering 3 rooms if there are 6 or less people, 4th room will be locked(no one else will be staying there). If there are 8 guests and above, 4th room will be provided. Charges for the extra guests will be displayed by Property Manager after entering correct number of people - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. The villa has a full power backup incase of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
