When entering the property, you are immediately impressed with how bright and cheerful it is. There is a courtyard in the middle of the villa that brings in lots of sunshine with a table that seats 4, perfect for dining alfresco. The living room has two large comfortable sofas, 50" SMART TV and sliding glass door to the deck on the peaceful lagoon. The adjacent dining area has a large table that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen has all new stainless appliances and a table that seats 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, 43" SMART TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, 23" SMART TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom features two twin beds, 43" SMAART TV and access to the hall bath with shower.
