This remodeled vacation home rental is located near the South Beach area of Sea Pines. Just a short 4 minute walk to the beach, 78 South Sea Pines has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. A gated courtyard in the front of the home provides privacy around the swimming pool and the extensive deck has ample seating for everyone to stretch out and relax and enjoy meals or cocktails at the table outdoors.
The living room with its crown molding on the ceiling, has an open layout and plenty of seating including new flooring throughout, driftwood-plank style to give you the "at the beach" feel and an L-shaped sofa and a 55” SMART TV. The dining area has seating for 8 and provides beautiful views of the pool area through the ceiling to floor windows. There is a fully equipped and updated kitchen with new top-of-the-line appliances, a beautiful back splash, new white cabinets that gives it an open and airy look and feel and an attached laundry room.
There are two Master bedrooms that both have a King Bed, 40" SMART TV and updated attached bathrooms with new showers. The third has a king bed and 40" SMART TV. The fourth bedroom has 2 full size beds, 40" SMART TV and shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a wide marble vanity.
Located just off the beach path, 78 South Sea Pines provides plenty of amenities for guests and easy access to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island.

7 Laughing Gull is a 3rd row home close to all Sea Pines amenities. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect home for your family vacation and just a short walk to the beach. The interior has been newly painted, brand new flooring and all new mattresses!
This home features a den on the lower level with TV & DVD, adjacent full bath and access to the covered patio. The private swimming pool has landscaped hedges and tall trees for privacy, and provides a variety of seating for both relaxing and sunbathing. Also on the first floor are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds sharing a hall bath with double sinks. One bedroom also has access to the patio.
The upstairs living room has cathedral ceilings and lots of windows letting in the natural light. A large screened porch is an extension off the living area, great for unwinding at the end of the day. Surrounded by nature, there is an upper deck for dining that connects to the screened porch, living room, and dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed and opens to a 2nd upper deck, which also connects to the dining area. The queen bedroom has a miniature deck of its own. A hall bath with shower only is shared by both bedrooms. Guests are sure to have a memorable vacation and enjoy the peaceful setting.
