Perched atop a hill in the heavenly city of Coorg, this holiday is covered in a blanket of mist making it appear truly magical, especially during the mornings. The expansive lawn is perfect for taking a peaceful walk, and meditating by the pool just adds more to your healthy lifestyle. There are a number of balconies in the house and each of them opens up to magnificent views of the verdant and hazy surroundings. With a myriad of specially designed amenities, this charming villa ensures that your family and friends make infinite memories! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, Wi-Fi, TVs - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, torch, iron - Bonfire, fireplace, indoor games, TT Table - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars. This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. - Wi-Fi, extra mattresses, electric kettles, open wardrobes and hangers are offered in all rooms. - Every room overlooks the beautiful hills and a view that is just breathtaking. - The rooms on the first floor are equipped with a balcony where guests can sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the mist that covers the yard of the property. - Each of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed. -The rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 5 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 spacious living rooms at this property. - With their comfortable and modern sofa-style seating, each of these living rooms can accommodate up to 15 and 8 people respectively. - One of the living rooms is equipped with a portable music system whereas the second one is equipped with a wired music system. - One of the living rooms is equipped with an LED 50-inch Smart TV. There is another 43-inch TV outside too. - This living area can be converted into a party area as it offers party lights that are equipped with voice sensors. - The building is soundproof so the guests can party it out to the fullest! However, please note that music is absolutely prohibited outside the villa, in the open spaces. - The bar counter, which is also a part of the living room, is the perfect place for guests to enjoy their favourite beverages. - There is a separate, spacious dining room that can seat up to 16 people at once. - There is an expansive 2000 sq. ft. lawn on the ground floor where guests can meditate, have fun or light up a bonfire. - Guests can choose to lounge and relax at the private lounge bar, play a game of Table Tennis or turn the party up a bit at the designated entertainment area. - The property is also equipped with a pool 18x4 ft. in size and 3 ft. in depth. - The pool is also bejewelled with a beautiful motorised fountain, that is not just pretty to look at but also serves as a fantastic shower experience. - For the Asia Cup and World Cup, a 110-inch 4K-projector with surround sound is accessible in the living room. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen only for reheating purposes. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Please note that the kitchen will be closed post 10 PM. FOOD  - Breakfast here is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION One of your personal staff members can be accommodated in the staff quarters in the premises of the villa, at no additional cost. However, meal charges will apply. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy sipping a hot cup of coffee in the expansive living rooms. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn, practice some meditation and embrace the beauty of Coorg. Simply unwind by the pool while watching the skies change their tones. The pond area offers the best view of these vibrant sunsets. Guests can also engage in bird watching as about 25+ exotic bird species can be spotted in and around the property. Guests can choose to lounge and relax at the private lounge bar or turn the party up a bit at the designated entertainment area. Reserve your evenings for al fresco dining amidst the 2500 sq.ft of verdant expanse and watch the everchanging pastels of the sky. They can also request for a bonfire to be set up for their family and friends by the lawn. The home is equipped with a TV lounge and a set of speakers, perfect for a fun night! ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire setup can be availed by the guests for no additional charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This property is not wheelchair accessible. - Consumption of beef and pork is strictly prohibited. - Guests are not allowed to consume any eatables inside the premises except for liquor and soft drinks. - Please note that ordering and consuming outside food is not permitted. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours.  - All mobile networks work fairly well here.  - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. Guests are requested to not gather outside the premises after 11 PM. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external areas of the property.   - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - This is a standalone property. NEIGHBOURHOOD Don’t underestimate the size of this little town, you’ll be surprised by how much you can do here. Also referred to as Kodagu, Coorg is a tranquil town cradled in the Western Ghats, encapsulated by lush green forests, mountain views, and breathtaking weather. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. Also, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.  - Go to Raja’s Seat and Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery) - Visit Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls - Check out Nagarhole National Park and Dubare Elephant Camp P.S. Most of the town doesn’t require air conditioners. Now you can only imagine how good the weather is, all year round! HOUSE RULES - The building of the property is soundproof. However, please do not play music outside the villa. Music is allowed inside the villa only. - Guests are requested to play the TV in the dining area at a lower volume in order to not disturb the surrounding inhabitants. - Guests are requested to adhere to the check-in and check-out timings. - Please note that the kitchen will be closed post 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Please note that a refundable deposit will be required on arrival against any breakage or missing items. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
