To that effect, we provide - Generator, inverter AC, TV, WiFi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, electric kettles  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Games, bar, library  - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.   - AC, WiFi, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds. - Balconies are attached to all the rooms with a view of mountains.  BATHROOMS - There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 9 people.  - It offers TV, WiFi and a music system. - There is a CCTV camera installed for security purposes.  - The dining area seats 6 people.  - There is a 4,000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. - It can seat up to 100 people at any given time.  KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a water purifier, an electric-kettle, a toaster, an induction plate and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complementary. - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost.  - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - In case of preparing meals for themselves, guests can access the kitchen at an additional cost. - Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 2000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. GUEST ACCESS - If booked for 4 guests, 2 rooms on the first floor will be accessible. The 3rd room will be locked. - If booked for more than 4 guests, all the 3 rooms will be accessible. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are able to provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This property is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs.  - There are CCTV cameras installed in and outside the villa for security purposes.  - In case of a power outage, the generator and inverter can support all the appliances for up to 4 hours each.  - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. NEIGHBOURHOOD Blessed with misty peaks, virgin forests and paddy fields, Wayanad is a green heaven in the north-east region of Kerala. Truly a nature lover’s paradise, this forested district is home to the most vivid wildlife sanctuary, caves, waterfalls and all things green. An added benefit for those who love to spend time outdoors, Wayanad is a great spot to handpick the finest southern spices. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Novera, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.  - Go for sightseeing, trekking, boating or just to spend some peaceful time near Banasura Sagar Dam - Take a brief stroll and embrace the beauty of Kuruva Island - Explore Edakkal Caves  - Soak in the greenery by trekking at Chembra Peak Getting Around: - Distance from Kozhikode International Airport - 93 km. - Distance from Iringal Railway Station - 78 km. - Distance from Padinjarathara Bus Stand - 6.2 km. - Distance from the supermarket - 6.5 km. Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 4 cars is available. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed post 11 PM. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
