As you enter the home you are greeted by a bright and spacious living room with a couch with room for 3 or 4, two lounging chairs, and a sitting chair for reading or relaxing. There is a flat screen TV in the living room but you’ll likely be more entertained by the views out of the expansive windows lining the back side of the home. The views will often feature sightings of deer, dolphins in the water, and the marsh greenery swaying in the breeze. Just off of the living room is a small dining area with seating for four and amazing views right out over the water. This is a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a quick afternoon snack! There is another main dining area that you will find when you walk from the living room to the kitchen, which has a large table and seating for six.
The kitchen has been renovated and now features all stainless steel appliances, beautiful light wood cabinetry, an open workspace and area, and a view of the living room and water beyond it.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor as well, the master bedroom has a king bed. This room is so bright and airy and the windows face the marsh, so you can wake up and see the ocean right from bed! There is also a flat screen TV in the bedroom as well as a chair and side tables. The newly renovated private bathroom features his and hers sinks and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen TV. There is a newly renovated bathroom in the hall just outside the room with a shower/tub combo.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower as well.
There is also a second master king bedroom on the second floor and has amazing views of the marsh, a flat screen TV, a desk for you if you need to get some work done, and a private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.
On the third floor, there is an office space with a huge window streaming in beautiful sunlight. If you’re needing to focus and get some work done before you play, this is an incredible space to do that in!
One of the best features of this home is the huge screened-in porch overlooking Braddock Cove. With a dining table for four and lounge chairs, this is a perfect place for dining alfresco or relaxing in the ocean breeze without risking a sunburn! There is also an outdoor deck without a screen just beyond the screened-in porch with lounge chairs, outdoor dining table with large umbrella and a gas grill. You can even see the Harbour Town lighthouse from the back porch.
Beyond the home itself, the Lands End Community has a pool for all to use, as well as the location being incredible.
