The Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 5 bedrooms - 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor & 1 on the third floor.
- All rooms offer queen-sized beds, AC, sofa beds, Wi-Fi and an electric kettle
- Every room overlooks the beautiful Village of Arambol which is truly cheerful
-The rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- The common bathroom is on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
- The living room is located on the ground floor.
- With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
- This room is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, and a fully functional music system.
- The dining room is also part of the living area itself.
- It can easily seat up to 6 people at any given time and is equipped with an AC.
- There is an open patio on the ground floor where guests can enjoy cocktails.
KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, hot plate, refrigerator and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
- All meals can be delivered in-house at an additional cost.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk by the nearby beach and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a barbeque to be lit up.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that the car does not go all the way to the villa. Guests will have to park their vehicles at a 1 minute walking distance from the villa.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans, few plug points and the TV socket for up to 8 hours.
- Mobile networks like Jio & Airtel work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.
- The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the same property but is available on call whenever needed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
