The bathroom for this bedroom is just across the hall and features a glass-enclosed shower. The fourth bedroom features two queen beds, a TV, closet space, and a private bath with large vanity and tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom is the upstairs primary bedroom and features a king bed, smart TV, balcony access, and a private en-suite bathroom with two vanity sinks with updated granite tops, a walk-in closet, a large tub, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. This room shares a private balcony with the bunk room. The final bedroom is a great, ample space that can accommodate six people. This room has two sets of twin bunk beds and also features a queen sleeper sofa and an 80’ wall-mounted smart TV in a custom built-in entertainment center. This room also has upper-level balcony access and the hallway bath is just off of this room, which has a walk-in shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note E-bikes are not allowed. This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. For the spa to be heated, the pool must also be heated. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming. This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
