Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The apartment has 3 fully equipped bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - The bedrooms have one queen-size bed and closet space. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms The Living Room: - Exquisitely furnished & extremely comfortable seating options - Large flatscreen TV with sound system - The dining table can seat 6 people - The living room opens to a balcony with a stunning view Bathrooms: - The apartment has 3 washrooms. Kitchen: - There is a modern kitchen with cooking equipment - Utensils and cutlery is provided at the villa Note : Kitchen is not accessible to the guest however cook can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms). PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NOISE DURING THE DAY TIME DUE TO SOME ONGOING WORK AT THE PROPERTY. THE ELEVATOR IS CURRENTLY UNDER MAINTAINACE AND GUESTS WILL HAVE TO USE THE STAIRS AS THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We only allow families and mixed groups at the apartment. - Pool timings are 9 am to 9 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - The apartment has inverter backup incase of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - A Security deposit of Rs 15000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow loud music in the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
