Not included are additional staff other than noted e.g. nannies, food & beverage and most incidental personal services. Also, specifically excluded from the rental price are damage deposit, car & chauffeur, airport greeting & transfers, rental cars, massage & spa treatments, tennis pro, sightseeing tours, water sports and private boat excursions. If such services are required, they are payable directly to the person/s providing those services. Most groceries can be paid via Visa or MasterCard, however, you may be required to use cash for some of your fresh produce or specialty items. In addition, plan to pay your gratuity monies in cash (US or Jamaican dollars). Staff Gratuity at the end of your stay is a recommended 10% of the Villa Rental in High Season and 15% in Low Season.
