Interior: The property consists of a main building of about 300 sq m spread over three floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into a large open-plan area with lounge, dining room and kitchen. The staircase on the ground floor goes up to the first floor, with two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and sea view, and down to the basement with two large suites with bathroom with shower, one with whirlpool tub and the other with a small kitchenette and round bed. The ground and first floor bedrooms all have access to the terraces, while the two basement bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. Park: The property is surrounded by grounds of about 2000 sq m, including a 3-car parking area.
