The Space: The house consists of a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable seating, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dinning area for six! It also features 1 bedroom with a double bed with a en suite bathroom and one guest WC in the hallway. The living room features two sofa beds, one big double and the other one that can be arranged as an oversized single; very comfortable to sleep on. All areas of the house are air-conditioned. There is a patio lounge with removable transparent curtains and a very large corner balcony with breathtaking panoramic sea view. It is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table and dining furniture. On the outside, our garden develops on several levels. There is private shaded car parking area, coffee tables and a glass dinning table under our pergola. In the neighbourhood (within 1km) you will find a really nice grill restaurant, gas station, bakery and a café, as well as bars and clubs for an unforgettable nightlife. There is also a grocery shop (3km) and a full size super market (4.5km) nearby. The area features many beautiful beaches, ranging from rocky to sandy, there is one for every taste!
