The most unique feature of Abita Kai is that the villa, pool deck, and beach are wheelchair-accessible. The elevator, pool lift, and beach wheelchair are available upon request. It is the only large luxury villa that offers this level of accessibility. The estate includes a 3 bedroom, 4 bath main villa with a detached 2 bedroom, 2 bath guest cottage above the garage.
