***Property Overview*** Welcome to KiToCay! This 3,000 sq. ft. home is located in the village of Old Man Bay on the island’s beautiful North Side. KiToCay boasts a panoramic oceanfront living area with spectacular views, plus an over-the-water deck with a tiled cabana. Guests have compared the views and feel of this home with that of being on the bow of a cruise ship with the open ocean enveloping your senses from virtually every direction. The over-the-water deck provides access to the waters down below via a spiraling staircase. However, the best and safest way to enter the water will be from either of the sandy beach lots next door. Dubbed Toki Beach, the east lot is furnished with a hammock ringed with palm trees for guests to enjoy seaside relaxation under the shade. Guests have used this beach to host small weddings, rehearsal dinners, and private events. The snorkeling here is incredible. The reef is about 100 yards straight out from Toki Beach. We strongly recommend snorkeling along the east of the boat channel which is marked by two navigation poles. Snorkeling beyond the poles near the reef cut is risky!
