Check in is usually from 2pm, however if the property is ready earlier one of our staff will let you know via SMS. If you are arriving outside of office hours, you will be sent late arrival information with instructions on how to access your keys via our night safe. This is also located at the front of our office. Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. Same-day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm. This includes providing photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit, and signing our lease agreement. If you would like a copy of this lease agreement before confirming your reservation please feel free to send us an enquiry. The security deposit is a $500 pre-authorisation on the day of arrival. Please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard, and this card must be in the same name as the booking. The security deposit will be released 7 days after departure as long as there are no damages or extra charges incurred. CHECK OUT By 10:00am Upon departure, it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to return your keys to our office or via the key return drop box located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Alternatively you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment.
