This rental is for a 4-Bdrm home (Unit A) that can be rented with its neighboring 3-Bdrm home (Unit B). The twin homes can be rented separately or together for large group gatherings. Each home is private and has no shared common space. The twin homes can be joined for easy pass-thru by unlocking a privacy gate. The barn-door privacy gate is on the main terrace. When the gate is open, guests can easily walk between homes.
This home has 4 bedrooms (each with a king bed) and 3 bathrooms. A main living space, kitchen and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is at street level. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are upstairs, each with private ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom and laundry center is at ground level, just off the garage.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
