Make yourself at home in the expansive Great Room, featuring a large wet bar and 75" smart TV. You’ll also find a full-size futon and an arcade table loaded with classic games. The detached garage has been converted to a game room, fitted with full-size ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey tables, as well as an extra refrigerator. Prepare tasty meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with ample quartz counter space and stainless steel appliances. A private mountain-view oasis, the walled pool deck is spacious and lined with bistro lights. 6’ deep, the shimmering saltwater pool includes a tanning ledge and oversize spa. The outdoor kitchen is configured with a sink, ample prep space, and a built-in five-burner grill. Serve hors d’oeuvres beneath a poolside pergola, then dine alfresco at a covered table for everyone. Family-friendly extras include an outdoor shower, kids’ play areas, a basketball half-court, and sand soccer and volleyball areas. Top off perfect desert days by stargazing on the poolside hammocks or sharing stories around the gas firepit. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a dedicated laundry room with a sink and two sets of washer/dryers are provided. Extra perks include a full-size crib and a large rolling ice chest for the pool area. THINGS TO KNOW Pool heat is unavailable in January and February. Riverside County regulations prohibit any ’party’ lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Property Manager liable for any ’light trespass’ on surrounding properties. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
