Situated right on Pebble Beach, this waterfront house and cottage are perfect for your family’s next York vacation. With 121 feet of ocean frontage and a park-like setting, you’ll love afternoons spent grilling and watching the waves from the Adirondack chairs, or evenings watching for shooting stars and roasting s’mores at the firepit. You’ll also be treated to a view of the Nubble Lighthouse and Boon Island. And if you’re visiting during the 4th of July, you’ll have a great view of the fireworks! This house and cottage feature two gas fireplaces, a cozy sunroom, and two kitchens, and both have been beautifully updated while retaining all their classic charm.

Located right on Pebble Beach, you can enjoy climbing on the reef and exploring the huge tidal pool playground at low tide. Go paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, or fishing right off the rocks (be sure to wear some water shoes when doing this)! Walk to the Short Sands Beach or downtown, where you’ll find plenty of shops and restaurants. The Cape Neddick Park is only a mile north or you can drive two miles south of this home and see the Nubble Light House up close.
