No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Association at rental guest’s expense. No other materials, trash, garbage, refuse containers, or unattractive materials shall be permitted on any Lot, Common Area, or the streets. Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.
