This majestic home, Sandcastles, has vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open to a spacious lanai. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you may need to prepare a Hawaiian meal. A BBQ grill, downstairs lanai area, and gated beach gear await you at Sandcastles. A spacious living room has a large TV, free WiFi, and a stereo system. The extra-large, beautifully landscaped yard makes for a great place to sprawl out, take strolls, or host an event. Aliomanu Beach is conveniently located on the East Shore of Kauai in Anahola. THINGS TO KNOW There is intermittent construction on the road leading to the home, the road is in desperate need of repair due to ocean erosion. The road is periodically closed between 8-3 during the week. If the road is closed, parking is available at the beach, and the guest would need to walk to the home. No events allowed. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
