You can use the driveway of the home to park your car when you’re not exploring - but if you want to get around like a local, north and southbound stops of the free trolley are each only a quick walk away, making it easy to visit the city of Anna Maria to the north or the sands of Bradenton Beach to the south. Back at home, enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard and heated lagoon pool. Dry off and head to the covered balcony for more fresh air, or to start dinner on the grill. Back inside, the kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up some sides. This property’s maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Things to Know This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement. The elevator and garage are not for guest use. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
