Take out your kayaks and canoes on Shaver Lake two miles north, spend sunny summer days hiking around Huntington Lake 17 miles north, and pass the sparkling winter months on the bowls and trails of China Peak Mountain Resort 20 miles northeast. Musick Falls is located just below the cabin and is within walking distance. Guests can enjoy the sounds of Musick Falls while sitting on the deck. During winter months, there’s a great sledding area that starts in front of the cabin and ends up behind the cabin. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
