Smokies Sanctuary is a beautiful, true log cabin bordering Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which allows for privacy and great wildlife viewing. This cabin is easily accessible yet offers wonderful views of the woods, mountains, and valley. With this tranquil location, it’s hard to believe how convenient it is to all the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Townsend and the entrances to Metcalf Bottoms and Cades Cove in the park are also just minutes away. In addition to its fantastic location, Smokies Sanctuary is so wonderfully decorated, furnished, and equipped, you may not want to leave the cabin. Each side of the three-sided covered wrap-around porch offers different great views, which can be enjoyed from porch swings, rockers, a log table with benches, and/or the fantastic large hot tub! Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
