Sitting on the very south end of Gold Beach off Highway 101, visitors will find peace and quiet to relish, as well as conveniences nearby. To reach the beach, just walk a quarter-mile to the north or south. This condo has high-quality furniture and a bright atmosphere to make you feel welcome right away. The main room on the lower floor features a living area with leather furniture and a flatscreen TV for entertainment (cable and WiFi included). In this same room is a dining table with seats for six and a fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find all the essentials plus bonus items like a coffeemaker and dishwasher. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
