Located at the north end of Sunriver, you’re close to Fort Rock Park, where you’ll enjoy games on the big field, tennis, and basketball courts. Woodlands Golf Course is nearby, as well as the Sunriver Marketplace. The house is spacious, with comfortable decor and furnishings to make you feel right at home. Grab a seat on one of the couches or armchairs in the living room, and turn on the gas fireplace for some added ambiance. A flat screen cable TV is great for watching DVDs, and WiFi is available for streaming. On the other side of the stone hearth, the fire lends heat to the dining table and kitchen. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
