Bachelor (this home even has a ski boot/glove warmer), while the warmer months beckon with trips to the SHARC aquatic park. Any time of year, you’ll have the hot tub to restore yourself in. Inside the home, you’ll find an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors. Crash in the living room before the flat screen TV and gas fireplace or share a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen (yes, there is a dishwasher!). Have a summer cookout with the BBQ on the deck or go inside to the loft for a game of pool. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
