The outside of this condo boasts amazing views of the 15th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course, and the interior features exceptional furnishings and quality appliances. The main level hosts the kitchen, the expanded dining room which seats six or more, the living room, the den, and the master bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with queen bed and two full size beds in the loft area. This condo is perfect for up to six guests. Cuddle up next to the gas fireplace in the cozy family room with friends and family to enjoy a board game or movie. Or, have a family barbecue on the back deck while watching the sunset behind Mt. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
