You’ll find fun for the whole family at this Sunriver house! Between games of Ping-Pong and relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace, you’ll be glad you came. You’ll even have eight SHARC passes. Located to the north in Sunriver, it’s just over two miles to the shops and restaurants in the village. SHARC (passes are provided) is only a mile south, and day trips to Mt. Bachelor (16 miles away) and Bend (17 miles away) are quick and easy. The home is single-level, making this an ideal space for anyone whose joints don’t appreciate stairs. Sunlight streams through the enormous windows into the open-concept living spaces. Select a book from the shelf and cozy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace, or watch cable on the flat screen. If you’re feeling peckish, look up a recipe on the WiFi and head into the kitchen to prepare a meal. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
