Originally built in 1892 (the very first home in Gearhart), this Gearhart vacation rental has been lovingly maintained and makes a wonderfully unique vacation getaway. Perched on a full acre of grassy meadow ringed by old-growth pines, the home sits just three blocks from the beautiful sandy beach and only four from the shops and cafes of charming Gearhart. The Latourette House has 2,500 square feet of unique living space. The sun-drenched living room has ample windows, and is the ideal spot to settle in with a good book for a quiet afternoon, or break out one of the provided board games for a little healthy competition. There is even a day bed that can be used at night by a guest. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
