The Luxury house 3AB, located in front of the central shared swimming pool and with its own private jacuzzi. It is a big and luxurious accommodation consisting of 6 bedrooms (5 master bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds, all with their own en suite bathrooms) that can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are two relaxing verandas (one with a private jacuzzi, open-air kitchen and dining table) and the other with access to the central swimming pool. The guests also have a parking space reserved for them. The maisonette 3AB offers vast breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and both the old and the new harbor of Mykonos. It has air conditioning and central heating systems and an electrical generator installed to be used in case of an emergency, while there are TV and Wi-Fi internet connection, a washing machine and all necessary kitchen equipment provided.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
